Inspired by Dalí’s melting clocks, The Mess : 01 represents a self that exists beyond time and space, constantly looking into its own reflection. Dark, twisting clay mixes with shiny foil to show how hope and light can grow even out of deep pain.

The clear frame surrounding the piece represents the hidden walls that shape how we see the world: walls that can only be broken when we look deeply within.
